The University of Texas University Charter School is proud to be an approved participant in the Texas Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) program. Created by the Texas Legislature through House Bill 3, the TIA provides a pathway for outstanding educators to earn additional compensation while helping schools attract, support, and retain highly effective teachers.
As a participating district, UT Charter has met the requirements established by the Texas Education Agency and is committed to recognizing and rewarding excellence in teaching. Through the TIA program, eligible teachers may earn statewide designations based on demonstrated effectiveness and student outcomes.
